Anna Maria College Announces Educational Partnership With Boston Mutual Life Insurance Company

Co-op provides students with opportunities to learn and experience

PAXTON , Mass . , Nov. 2, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Boston Mutual Life Insurance, a national insurance solutions company for individuals and businesses with corporate offices in Canton , Anna Maria College , has joined forces in an educational partnership to offer Anna Mary Access. Students Learning opportunities, guest speakers and real access to the business world through existing life insurance companies.

As part of their new partnership, Boston Mutual Life Insurance Company is offering internship positions for Anna Maria College students. Boston Mutual will offer paid internships to Anna Maria students each semester. Undergraduate and graduate students are required to interview for newly created positions in Boston Mutual's Business Development and Distribution, Account Management, Human Resources, Corporate Communications and Enterprise Risk departments. The site will include remote options, increasing student access. Students will benefit from business orientation and exposure to the various opportunities in the insurance industry, an important business sector for New England.

In addition to providing students with real work experience, Paul A. Quaranto Jr. , 11G, chairman, CEO and president of Boston Mutual, invited company representatives to a conference with the Maria Anna Global Business Club. Quaranto will personally lead two sessions that will provide students with industry knowledge directly from an executive.
