Jimmy Kimmel Stops Schwarzenegger Live! In 2019, the year of her daughter Pratt's wedding, she opened up about her feelings for her new son-in-law.

"I got along really well with him," Schwarzenegger said, adding that they later met at the gym.

"Of course, the first thing we did when we met was, 'Can we work out together?' I needed an inner ball for the pump,” Schwarzenegger said. – The decisive factor, of course, was the pump. We were at the gym, that's all.

He also described Pratt at the time as a "strong man" of whom he was "very proud".

“I was shocked when my daughter told me she was dating him,” Schwarzenegger says. "[I] thought, 'Are you supposed to be this competitive? I mean, you should have a girl who is taller than me, older than me, who does bigger films than me, and who earns more than me.” What happened here? "

“I'm very glad he's a great guy,” she said bluntly. "Not just a very talented person and a great actor and a huge star and all that, but a very kind and kind person towards my daughter, that's the most important thing for me."

Speaking to PEOPLE on the carpet at this week's Marvel movie premiere, Pratt was asked if his kids were excited to be in the franchise, and he said, "No, not yet. Not yet. Hope it's ready tonight. I'm cool. "I do it."

Pratt also told Variety that he was "proud" of being the first person to drop an atomic bomb in a Marvel movie.

“Yes, I dropped the first atomic bomb. Take this Samuel L. Jackson!” Pratt said referring to Jackson, the 74-year-old former Marvel member who is known for using the F word in his film career.

Contestant Elizabeth Debicki asked Pratt if there was any profanity in the script, to which he replied, "No, there wasn't. There were no scripts."

“Everyone has been trying to perfect the atomic bomb for 10 different years…and finally one of them did it,” Pratt added. “Usually when you start dropping nukes in an impromptu scene you are really telling the directors that you want to move on and they actually put it in the movie so it was pretty good. I was so proud… I did it!”
