As always, these tips and tricks are primarily aimed at new players, but considering how weird Dragon Quest Treasures can be, we're sure almost everyone could benefit from reading it.

Use campfires regularly

There's fire around every map, and that's what you should be using almost every time you play a map. The reason for this is simple: not only do you restore the health of your party and MPs, but you also automatically save your game. It might not seem like much, but doing it regularly is an easy way to keep your team and savings healthy.

Break boxes and jars

With this game you will go through many brown boxes and pots during your adventure. Make sure you do your best to break it when you see it, as it occasionally drops items that you can use. are you a supporting character

Look, you're obviously the main character, but when it comes to fights, you won't often be dealing the main damage. Instead, it's often best to play support while your monsters infuse whatever you're fighting. This way you can use your orbs to heal your team more efficiently, and keeping mobs alive will keep you alive.

High damage flight

While it's possible to kill an enemy with the dagger, we don't recommend doing so unless you're looting them. If you sneak up on an enemy, you can perform a surprise attack that deals massive damage and periodically stuns the monster. It can allow you to hit some monsters with one shot, and even if you don't, you'll often die before fully healing.

Keep your team diverse

You should always be working and keep your team as diverse as possible. While the strength of your monsters is relevant, Dragon Quest Treasures is more about exploration in general, it's about fighting God. So, for the easiest time of the adventure, make sure your team consists of monsters with different abilities from all over the world.

That crowd baby

As you travel the world you will find treasure chests, because that's what it's all about. You can then take these chests back to your base to see what's inside and increase your faction score. While it can be tempting to rush to each new find, it's always a good idea to collect as many treasure chests as possible, six at first, and then collect them all at once. In fact, it will increase the value of any item found, and it's always good to see the effectiveness.

Do those dailys

Oddly enough, Dragon Quest Treasures has daily tasks that you must complete. It's not a game you usually see them in, but they can help you out a bit. A daily task is usually something that you will do anyway, e.g. B. Finding a treasure chest, and completing each task will bring you a specific reward. Doing all of these will also give you a pair of Chimera Wings, which are the easiest way to get back to base after a tough campaign.
